Description

A medium-sized square photographic print, with a white border. The image is of the FIVE Desk and Derrick Club Presidents Donna Barrett (Calgary), Rae Valerio (Denver), Rosalie Underwood (Cody), Evelyn Doolean (Winnipeg), and Eunice Tucker (Casper), all seated in an auditorium with the nearest four ladies facing the camera. Description: Five women, seated in red auditorium chairs. From left to right: Donna Barrett (ADDC Calgary President, dressed in a white long-sleeved blouse with black collar, and white skirt, with red-white hat corsage/brooch (similar to 2004.2.206), small brooch, and a binder/clipboard on her lap); Rae Valerio (ADDC Denver President, dressed in a tan-patterned matching blazer and skirt set, with light blue corsage, red-white hat corsage/brooch (similar to 2004.2.206) and holding a camera and binder on her lap); Rosalie Underwood (ADDC Cody President, dressed in red and white polka dot blouse and navy-blue vest with ribbon corsage/brooch and red-white hat corsage/brooch (similar to 2004.2.206) and holding a binder/documents on her lap); Evelyn Doolean (ADDC Winnipeg President, dressed in a matching dusty-blue blazer, skirt, and top, with a red-white hat corsage/brooch (similar to 2004.2.206) and holding an black notebook on her lap), and Eunice Tucker (ADDC Casper President, dressed in a white long-sleeved top with a small brooch and pleated white skirt, with documents on her lap). The ladies are seated in what appears to the the front row of an auditorium, and all but Donna Barrett are looking at the camera. On the reverse is written "4" in black marker in the top-left corner. In the bottom-left corner is written "2-12; Lillias" in red ballpoint. Information on women comes from an accompanying letter (2004.3.230.1). Taken during a 1972 Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America meeting, likely the Region VII annual meeting in Calgary (26-28 May 1972). Format: Square, colour, with white border.
