Description

Antique-bronze oval belt buckle with clear cabochon over print in the centre. Branded to Buckaroos Steam Cleaning Ltd. Features: A rectangular cast metal belt buckle, with a filigree design border, and in-set in the centre is a clear, oval cabochon over a gold and red foil on black print. The metal is finished in antique-bronze colouring. The buckle is lightly curved. Front Design: The border of the belt buckle is antique-bronze metal. The border has a filigree design and ranges in width from 8 mm to 14 mm. Inside the border is a raised metal oval ring 0.5 mm thick. The raised metal holds an oval clear cabochon. Under the cabochon there is visible a black background. To the top left is red foil cursive text at an angle the reads "Buckaroos", beneath it there is red foil sans serif font that reads "Steam Cleaning Ltd." At the bottom of the cabochon, there is red foil sans serif font that reads "Hays, AB". On the right of the cabochon there is a gold foil illustration of a person with a cowboy hat sat on a bucking bronco. Back Elements: The back is a raised grid texture. There is a tapered, curved hook, and an irregular hexagon hinge attached at two points. Between the hook and hinge is a makers mark that reads "CENTURY CANADA". Surface

There is some mild scratching on the surface of the cabochon, most notably, a short white scratch over the "B" in Buckaroos, and some scuffed scratched on the right side of the cabochon. Back: There is generalized clear adhesive residue across the back surface. Most notably, a vertical strip of residue between the makers mark and the hinge. There also is some adhesive residue on the hinge.
