Description

Pewter beer tankard with a handle and glass bottom. The tankard features a small, gold-plated metal crest, which appears to have been welded on. The crest consists of a gold "H" with a ring around the middle right of the letter and three stars on each side. Below is a blue triangle with gold text reading, "HOME OIL", "COMPANY LTD". Above the crest is arched text, etched into the surface reading, "HOME OIL COMPANY LIMITED". Underneath the crest is etched text reading, "G.J. BLUNDUM / OCTOBER 31, 1972". The base of the tankard increases in size outwards, and the bottom rim of the pewter displays etched text reading, "BIRKS", "ENGLISH PEWTER", and "MADE IN ENGLAND 2132".
