Front Design: A 2.5mm border around the edge and a recessed interior surface with dented texture. To the left of the buckle is a raised stylised drilling rig, with text "BALTIC" (block type, running the width of the space, angled, overlapping the rig image) and "drilling" below, to the right (cursive type, partially overlapping the rig image).
Back Elements: The back has a dented texture, with a smooth band around the edge. The hook has a rounded oval base with a curved, tapered tip. The hinge is an irregular hexagon, with lightly decorated base. Between the hinge and hook is a lightly molded maple leaf design, below which (middle bottom of the back) is the raised text "MADE IN CANADA; FABRIQUE AU CANADA".
