CF-ZBE was acquired by the St. Michael's Gliding Club in 1948, using funds donated by Buckingham, ON, community members. It was the prototype of that glider design.
Note
The Canadian Aircraft Registry issued 1960 shows ZBE still owned by the Brothers of Christian Instruction as of that date.
