This distorted work that looks like it was squeezed by a hand is one of many similarly crumpled pieces Don Pilcher produced. "Untitled" appears to contain multiple types of glazes, including a shiny luster glaze that catches the light. Glaze chemistry and firing technology were two of Don Pilcher’s expert areas.
