The Old Bath House at Saratoga after 1908, probably between 1912-1915. Railroad bridge over the Platte River.
Update 3/2010: Black and white print . Snapshot. Image of a wide river with a tressel railroad bridge crossing it. Cluster of small white houses on or near short at left; vintage automobiles in yards. Sign on house closest to river: "Hot Spring and Bath House." Rocky ground in foreground. Dirt road and fences in mid-ground. Trees along river on far bank. Sagebrush prairie and mountains in background.
Written on back in blue ink: "Date unknown. The old Bath House at Saratoga[cut off] Some Time after 1908-likely 1912 or 1915" In pencil on white adhesive label pasted to back: "Saratoga".
Cut down from original size. Edges uneven and writing on back cut off. Back slightly soiled. Accretions on emulsion in upper right and upper left. Emulsion cracked and scratched throughout.Collection
