Update 2/2008: Black and white print. Snapshot. Close up image of the stone obelisk base that marks H.H. Vincent's grave. Snowy grass in background.
Carved on base: "H.H. Vincents[sic] murdered near Elk Mountain Aug 19, 1878 while in pursuit of train robbers. Aged 40 years."
Written on back in blue ink: "Catalogue No.1. U.P.R>R. Public Relations Omaha[.] The tombstone erected by his friends at the grave of H.H. Vincents[sic] who was killed near Elk Mountain when in persuit[sic] of train robbers-Big Nose George and his gang-Rawlins Cemetery is where he is buried."
