A black and white unused postcard print of early day Rawlins downtown, showing a street with a wooden teepee shaped bonfire stack with a long horizontal sign on top that reads: U. P. Hose Co. No. 2 Safety first. This display is located at a street intersection. There are large groups of people on both sides of the road. They are dressed in vintage clothing. An early day open automobile is parked in the middle of the street facing the bonfire stack. A small number of men are standing near the stack and another man is standing on an unseen object working at the top of the display. The original Carbon County Courthouse is seen at background left, and Central School is seen at distance side right. Elks stone building is on side right center. An electrical pole is at side left foregriound with a thick line extending across photo to side right in foreground. Written on back in blue ink: Dall Williams
