Man in dark suit on boardwalk to right. He is wearing a cap & has a full grey beard. Wagon with two horse team & single man driving is stopped on the road at right. Other building in background.

Mounted on acidic matboard. Upper & lower left & lower right corners missing. Badly soiled front back. Mat warped. Emulsion soiled, crazed & scratched. Ink mark on upper mat edge.
