Black and white print attached to gray mat which has textured border around print. Photo shows a man dressed in dark three piece suite, white shirt, dark neck scarf and high crowned dark hat. His pant legs are tucked into high dark boots. he is standing in a yard? holding a rope attached to the bit of a saddled medium colored horse with his right hand. His left arm hangs at his side. The man is wearing gloves. The background shows a few houses in the distance. Foreground is of sparsely grassy area.
Fair condition with slight fading of image. Holes have been placed in mat and there is rust residue at these spots. Heavy soiling and scuffing are seen at surface front and back of mat. Print is scratched at many areas and has unknown droplet residue. There is a large opaque stain in center when viewed with magnifier. Few black specks on print and mat, especially at lower edge and side right.Collection
