Governor Emerson at the Rock.
Update - Aug. 2010: Black & white scanned paper copy of a group of people in an audience. They are in front of a table draped in striped cloths. Behind the table are eleven standing men. Most are wearing brimmed hats. To photo left a few more men, women & children are seated. The audience is a sea of hats with the backs of people that are looking toward the table. Behind the table is a large rock with plaques & engravings on it. A check mark above the head of a man in photo center, left.
