Black and white print of Carbon County Court House. Decorated cars and people are on the street in front of the building. More people are on the bottom level roof. American flags are draped on the cars and wreaths of flowers are seen. Written on the back in pencil: "Court House Dedication, Sept. 1940". Printed in blue oval "Photo finishing Meyers Photos Rawlins, Wyo." Condition good. Emulsion impacted by writing on back.
