Office Saloon, Battle.
Update 2008: Glossy black and white reprint showing a group of five standing men and one boy, and one man seated on a small stack of short cut logs on a wooden sidewalk in front of a wooden building with the signs "The Office Saloon" printed across the windows in both sides of the doorway. There is a white sign with dark lettering attached above the doorway. All men and the boy have hats on except for an elderly gentleman standing in front of a closed door. The group are dressed in various attire. The men with light colored shirts are wearing ties of different lengths. There are other wooden structures appearing in the background to the left.
On photo back typed: "The Office Saloon".
Stamped on back in black ink: Professional Photo Services; April 23, '65' Frank J. Meyers; Rawlins, Wyo.
Slight yellowing on left side of photo as well as two fingerprints. There is small amount of cracking and scratches of emulsion at various areas of photo surface .Very slight soiling front and back of photo.
Update 2016: A visitor says that the tall, thin, mustached man second from right looks just like his grandfather, Andrew Strebel, who was known to be in the area, although Strebel was a Mormon so the visitor was unsure why he would be near a bar.Collection
