Battle Stage.
Update 2008: Black and white photo reprint of a bleak winter scene in which a 4-horse team (1 maybe a mule) is pulling a wooden wagon sled with a man and a woman in the front of the sled and another man and woman in the back seat of the sled. The lead team is composed of a dark horse and possibly a white mule. The second team are two white horses. The people are dressed in dark clothing. The man in back is wearing a light colored shirt. All are wearing hats. There is an electrical pole with insulators in the right foreground of photo with two wires showing across entire photo to the left side. The pole is buried in deep snow and only the top portion is above snow-line. There appear to be many dead evergreen trees in the background as well as healthy ones at the center skyline.
There are irregularities under emulsion of black spots, marks, shading and splotches. Slight cracks in the emulsion at various locations. Slight crinkle in emulsion top left corner of photo. There is a tiny line across entire lower bottom of photograph as a result of negative processing that looks as though emulsion did not adhere to print.
