Update - 2009: Black & white print of three men standing on boardwalk in front of a store front on 100 Block of 5th St. Painted in window: "H.G. Wilcox Boots, Shoes, Made and Repaired". Sign above the door reads: "Hides, Pelts and Furs Bought Here". Men on right & left have on 3-piece suits, hats & ties. Man in center has on a long dark colored apron. Print is mounted on a cream colored mat.
Written on bottom of mat in pencil: "Please return to Peverly 2col."
Written on back in black ink: "Frank Froling's Shoe Shop - 1896"
Written in pencil: "1904 Frank Froling in apron Fifth St between Front & Cedar on East side" "To Carbon County Museum from V. Froling"
