Rawlins 1890 or 1891. Businesses shown: West Photographers, the Bon Ton, The Capitol Saloon, Unidentified, Saloon. In the background are : Hotel Brunswick, ? Hardware and Implements, Osborne, Rawlins Drug Store. Note on bottom: "Has been snowing all day, since this morning and blowing 40 miles a minutes. Will write you a letter tonight. I got through fumigating my tent with formaldehyde--Dwight."
Update - 2009: Black & white print card of three rows of covered wagons being pulled by teams of mules. They are setting on the 300 Block of Front Street. The buildings behind them are identified as "the Capitol" "The Bon Ton" "Photographs". On the distant buildings with signs on top "J E Osborne" "Rawlins Drug Store" "Hardware" "Brunswier". A building on photo left, sign reads "Saloon". A row of men stand on walk in front of photography shop.
