Black & white print. Looking west, birds eye view of town of Medicine Bow. Railroad tracks & depot are on photo left. A few buildings are scattered along left side of tracks but most are on right side. Several streets lined with businesses & houses are in a cluster & then thin but continue to photo right. Description in drawn pictures at bottom of print are labeled: "Medicine Bow Merc. Co., Medicine Bow State Bank, General Store, Hay, Grain", Next drawing: J. C. W. West Livery, Feed & Sale, Stable, Automobiles for Hire" next drawing: "O'Connor Hotel (burned about 1941) Brown Hotel (torn down 1964).
In white on original negative: "Medicine Bow May 1919. Bell Bros Havre, Mont"
