Update 2008: Two black and white reprints from Meyer's Photo Services of the Mountain of cordwood at Portland Mine. Part of the wooden mine building is in the foreground with residual snow banks to right of mine. Two women wearing hats, skirts and jackets are standing atop the cordwood. Two men are standing to the left of the women; both men are wearing hats. One appears to be dressed in work clothes and the other is dressed in a three piece suit. A large stack of planed lumbar is on the boardwalk in the foreground.
