A black three ring binder used as a photograph and scrapbook. Spine has a large number 5 printed in white at the upper spine. One inch below it there is a smaller number 4 over a number 8, both in white. Cover has an embossed rectangular line on front cover. Inside front cover has a torn white sticker with 1948 crossed out and 1949 under it, "Hard winter snow C" written in black ink. Book measures 11 1/2" x 10". Book contains photos of the winters of 1940, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949 and Seminoe Camp, 1931 before the dam was built.
