Beside them are standing soldiers. In the center are mounted soldiers. The horses are standing in eight rows. In the foreground on photo left are standing soldiers with 3 cannons in front of them. In the center foreground are 10 mounted soldiers, two of them hold flags. Printed in white on the original negative, bottom right, 2022-2. Written on back in black ink: Wyoming's Own 115th Cav. (H-Mecz) June 1942, NW IX Service command of 4th Army. The 115th before it lost its horses and became fully mechanized. H.S. Cashman
