Second row has 11men standing on first tier of riser, third row of 12 men stand on second tier and fourth row of 12 men stand on third tier. All are in uniform and envelope style caps and tall boots. "Medical department detachment 115th Cavalry(H-Mecz). Written on back in blue ink: Harry S. Cashman July 1941
