Black and white scanned copy print. Image of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks No 609 Building . Large two study sandstone building with 4 large Grecian columns on the front wide porch supporting a second story open short white railing fenced terrace porch which overhangs the lower level porch and entry way. On building front at apex of roof beneath the top eaves is a large clock with wheat sheaths surrounding bottom and upper sides of outer edges of clock. To left of clock are large letters affixed to building: BPOE and to right of clock are letters and numbers: No. 609. There are two windows seen on building front. One on left and right of wide entry door. There are transoms above these tall windows an the door. Ornate support brackets are positioned underneath eaves of roof edges, sides and front and upper secondary eaves over second story terrace roof. A fence is around building of wire and pole. A building to photo left is identified as Piggly Wiggly on the awning .Building on photo right is clapboard with large windows and flat front facade. A tall flagpole is on front building corner.
