Tie Camp at Battle, 1898.
Update 2008: Black and white glossy reprint of tall trees in a snowy forest with two men in the background bent over sawing? a tree. There is a light colored large canvas top with tie downs covering a log cabin or large tall stack of cut timbers. A tended structure is to the left of the stack. A plowed road is in foreground leading to the men. This print is believed to be a photograph of a tie camp.

Typed on back: 1898 and 13.
Stamped on back in black ink: Professional photo services; April 23, '65; Frank J. Meyers; Rawlins, Wyo.
There is a fingerprint in photo from the negative process and writing on back of photo shows through to photo surface. Pink stain and slight soiling on backside of photo. Slight wear on photo edges, and minor scratches in emulsion surface.Collection
