Hand painted cardboard picture frame. Oval with oval opening. Painted with three pink roses and green stems and leaves with gold splashes around center opening and hanging holes. Pink silk ribbon hanger threaded and tied through two holes at one long end. Back slit to accept picture-torn at top and bottom-slit and tears have transparent tape holding them shut.
Written on back in pencil: "Lil Jungquist."
