People being pulled in a horse drawn sled at Battle.
Update 2008: Black and white glossy reprint of a buckboard type wagon sled with people pulled by four horses (3 white and 1 dark) down a small hill. There appear to be one man (the driver) and possibly four women. All are dressed in warm clothing and wearing head coverings of various types. In the foreground is a patch of bare ground. Heavy snow shows to the top of the hill in the center of photo and into the distant horizon. Sparse stand of dying evergreens on hill ridge. Two black wires (parallel) stretch across photo at top of scene.

There are tiny white and black dots, specks and tiny emulsion bubbles as a result of negative processing. There is a very slight cracking of emulsion as well as small scratches in emulsion of various areas of print.Collection
