Black & white print attached to dark grey matboard which has been irregularly cut down. Image shows the interior of Rawlins Danish Hall, which was located at 212 2nd Street (now the lower parking lot for the Bank of Commerce). This print was found in Larsen Photo Album #31, the number of the print is 1957.284.0133 and located in the Photograph Collection. There are three very long banquet tables, covered with white linens, floral centerpieces & dinnerware. Men, women & children are seated at these tables & are turned in their wooden chairs to look at the camera. The ceiling area is highly decorated with streamer ribbons cascading from ceiling to each side of the room over the tables. The ceiling of the room has a decorative wallpaper? covering & the walls have a different patterned wall covering. Other men & women are seen in the background side left & at the far end of room. A large banner is suspended from the ceiling center over the middle table. A white cross is appliqued to a darker fabric. Printed in two curved lines across banner: Rawlins Lodge of the Danish Brotherhood of America.
Written on front at side right with blue ink: Morris Larsen and Martha Hansen Larsen 1910
Morris has a large head bandage which also covers his left eye.

Fair condition. Print has silvering, & it is highly soiled with remnants of red & black stains at several areas, especially heavy at print side edges. there area several scuff marks & abrasions.Collection
