A letter typed in purple ink on J. W. Hugus and Co. Stationery, 8" x 10 1/2", which states that the ninth Legislative Assembly of Wyoming Territory met in Cheyenne in January, 1886 and authorized a committee to build a $25,000 school in Rawlins, Wyoming Territory. The act was approved by Governor Warren February 18th, 1886. The Corner Stone was laid July 21, 1886 and this letter was placed in the time capsule in the cornerstone.Collection
