Black and white print on green mat. Image of circus parade on Cedar street. Turning corner on photo right is a large open wood carved wagon. There is a flying horse with carvings surrounding him and on wagon center is a portrait of two people with carvings continuing to front of wagon. The wheels are wood spoke with a triangular insert between each spoke. Wagon is loaded with men playing musical horns. They are followed by a group of horseback riders and more wagons . In distance is steeple of Presbyterian Church. A two story clapboard building with sign: "Post Office" is on photo right. A clock on top of a wood platform can be seen along street . On photo right is a two story building with a decorative parapet on top edge of roof. People are standing on boardwalks watching. "John A. Donnel" business sign on photo right. It has a picture of a cowboy on his horse roping a steer. A boy is running across the street in photo center. A street light hangs above street.
Written on back in black ink: "Looking East From Fergusons". In Pencil: "Rawlins, Wy."
