Written on back in black ink: "9/12/23." In pencil: "4".
Wreck occurred in Rawlins Wy. Railyard.
Paper yellowed. Upper left and lower right corners bent-emulsion cracked. Horizontal crack in emulsion from center left edge to center of photo. Slightly soiled.
NOTE: Runaway train x5003 was stopped by placing the switch engine 4464 on the track in front of it and allowing the resulting crash to stop the train. (Rans Baker-Historian).Collection
