Copy of a sepia toned photograph, 13 3/16" wide by 6" tall, on black cardboard 17 1/4" X 6 13/16". Picture is a cowboy scene - at least 25 men with cowboy hats, most with vests over their shirts and jeans, sit, lay, and sprawl on the ground. Behind them are at least 12 (probably more) saddled horses, and another two horses with riders. On the right side fo the picture, two men sit on a wagon (possiby a sheep wagon with the canvas removed). There are scattered logs (?) in the grass between the cowboys and the camera.
The area they are in is flat, with faint mountains visible in the background and a clear sky.
There is a light spot in the image (in the sky) that seems like it was probably wear in the original photograph. This copy, however, is in great shape, barring some light scratches on the back of the backing board.Collection
