Tall frame building over track, other buildings and tall water tower in background. Written on original negative lower edge: "Snow Blockade-1917-Rock River, Wyo." "Sanborn". "X-986". Printed on back in black ink: "Post Card" "Correspondence" "Address". Slightly soiled. Transparent tape on emulsion surface at right and left sides. Irregular emulsion on edges; cracked at top; scratched, fingerprint smudges.
