Update 1/2008: Black and white print. Cabinet card. Orange matboard. Image of two men struggling with a wagon stuck in a river. Men are not wearing pants; both are wading in the river. Man in center foreground has a large satchel on his shoulder, he is wearing a long dark shirt. Second man is at midwagon and is hauling down a large wooden crate; he is wearing a long white shirt and dark hat. Wagon being drawn by two horses; a black with white blaze and the other white. Sagebrush prairie in the background.
Written in lower mat margin in blue ink: "B & J" appears to indicate that man at wagon is Baker and the man at center is Johnston.
Pink back on mat. Printed in gold through center: "Baker & Johnston Photos."
Written on back in black ink: " B & J under difficulties-and water crossing Little Sandy."
