Folder 3, Jensen Family, contains 23 black and white snapshots of various members of the Jensen family and miscellaneous subjects.
1. Two men and two women on tall metal bars. The women are attempting to climb on bars. Catholic Church behind the bars in background. 4.25' X 2.5." Good condition. Written on back, "St. Joseph, may be Chris Jensen on top of the ladder? of it. #13 on back in pencil.
2. Cattle feeding in the snow, one in foreground of picture. Good condition. 4" x 3." Written on back, "Marg. Jensen." Unreadable scribble on back.
3. Studio print of a girl wearing glasses, dress with white collar and necklace. She has wavy hair. Good condition. 3 1/8" x 4 3/8." Written on back: "Laura Jensen-daughter of Chris, Meyers, Rawlins."
4. Studio print of a man wearing a suit, shite shirt and striped tie. Hair combed back. Good Condition. Sepia toned? 3.75" x 5 7/8." Written on back, "Walter Jensen, son of Chris." Meyers Studio. Lead, S. D. ?
5. Studio print of a young lady wearing a dress with wide lace white collar, two clips are in her short hair. Good condition. 3.75" x 5.75." Written on back, "Christel Jensen, daughter of Chris Jensen." Rogner Studio.
6. Studio print of a man and woman sitting together. He is wearing a dark suit, whtie shirt, and tie. Lady is wearing a dark dress, single strand of pearls and corsage. Good condition. 4 5/8" x 6.25." Written on back, "Chris and Bill Humphreys, Meyers, Rawlins."
Photos 7 & 8 are loose pictures from a photograph album that will be catalogued separately.
7. Small child wearing coveralls, cap, on a tricycle behind a vintage car, license plate 2-1951. Dirt road, building on left, wooden sidewalk, picket fence in background. Good condition. 3.25" x 4.5/8." #399 stamped on back.
8. An older man seated with his hands folded, wearing a dark suit, shirt, tie and Masonic? fez type hat with tassle. 5" x 3.5." Written on back: "Oct. 31, 1959, 93 years old. Chris Jensen at Walt Jensen's in Cheyenne." Good condition.
9. An older man seated in chair with his hands folded, wearing a dark suit, shirt, tie and Masonic? fez type hat with tassle. 5" x 3.5." Written on back: "Oct. 31, 1959, 93 years old. Chris Jensen at Walt Jensen's in Cheyenne." Good condition. Similar to #8, but shows his legs and more of the room.
10. A group of men, women and children seated at a dining room table with tablecloth, dinnerware, cups, saucers, etc. A woman is holding a coffee pot standing at background photo right. Good condition. 5" x 3.5." Written on back: "Elsie, Karen, Mrs. Hansen, Mrs. Neilson. Mildred Neilson, Mrs. Miller, Ella, Han Larsen, Tyra.
11. Five women are seated at a dining room table with a tablecloth on it. Some objects are on the table. They appear to be looking at photographs. An older lady is standing behind the women with her hands on her hips. One of the women at the table is wearing sunglasses. 5" x 3.5." Good condition. Written on back: " Mom, Madge, Scott, Mrs. Mudd, Mrs Harrison." #0860 is stamped on back.
12. A Lady wearing glasses, floral dress with white pleated collar is standing outside on a lawn. There is a white building across the street in the background. with a steeple showing in the background of it. Written on back: "Maren Jensen." 3.5" x 5." Good condition.
13. A group of eight men and women in front of a house to the side left of porch. Written on back, "Maple Street where Dr. Cesko's is now."2015)There is a round purple stamp on back with Superior, photo service, Waterloo, Iowa." # 21 is stamped in black.
14. A large group of various aged children sitting kneeling and standing on the steps to a rock building (Central School)? There are several women in the back rows. Good condition. 5 3/8" x 3 3/8." Written on back, "1916." Postcard type photograph.
