An unused black & white postcard. Image shows an early day small settlement with multiple wooden structures in deep, drifted snow. Evergreens are seen in background. Many medium sized tree stumps are scattered throughout the area. Several objects (unknown) are covered by snow.
Printed in white on lower edge of postcard in white from negative process: Winter Scene at Battle, Wyo in the Boom Days of 1904.
Written in back in blue ink: Rambler
Printed on back at top edge in black: Post Card left side Correspondence top right a tiny square Place stamp here written inside. A half vertical line is at center of back & at lower right edge: This space for the address.
Good condition. Front surface has many scratches, indentions & wear on side edges & corner.Collection
