Black & white copy print of a street scene in a primitive early day settlement. there are four stores & three tent structures: T. A. Kent & Co. and Bank; A. H. Huyett, Outfitting House; Gallager & McGeath. One wooden store: Grocery. On the dirt street in front of these structures are several men at various locations. Wooden barrels & long poles are in the street.
Printed under image on lower edge: Street scene Benton, Wyoming Territory. Stores of Gallager and Megath[sic], A.H. Huyell, T.A. Kent, A.J. Ware and Co.
Stamped on back in black ink: Meyers Studio, Rawlins, Wyoming
Good condition. Surface is very wavy with wrinkles & some scratches. There are multiple small scratched areas at lower edge. There are several developing flaws on print.
