9 1/2" x 7 1/2" black and white photograph. 17 women and 1 man. The women are in 4 rows of 4, with the last woman standing in front. They all face towards the right edge of the photo, although their faces are turned toward the camera. The man stands just past the front woman, and his body is facing towards the camera.
All the women are in waist-length white jackets over dark shirts, white pants with a dark stripe down the side, white shoes, and a military-style side cap that is white with dark sides. The man wears a light suit and vest, dark tie, and light hat.
They are standing outside, with a stone building behind the last row of women, and trees/grass beyond the other women. Behind the last row of women is a flag on a pole, with only the letters "BF" visible on it.
