The front row is 3 seated men, l-r: a man in a dark suit, light tie, and straw hard with dark band, and a pocket watch on a chain visible; a man in a dark suit and dark tie and hat, pocket watch on chain visible, left hand at the buttons of his jacket; man in dark suit, light tie, and straw hat with dark band, pocket watch visible on chain. The man on the left is faced straight forward, the middle and right man have their bodies pointed slightly towards each other, but still face the camera.
Middle row is seated 5 men, l-r: A man in a dark suit and light bow tie, with a dark flat topped and flat brimmed black hat with a prominent mustache, pocket watch chain just visible; a man in a plaid suit and straw hat with dark band, pocket watch on chain; a man in a dark suit and tie, light colored hat, light mustache, and pocket watch on chain; man in lightly plaid tie and straw hat with dark band, big mustache; man in lighter suit, very light tie, light hat, crossed arms.
Back row is 5 standing men, l-r: man in dark suit, pocket watch and chain, light hat, dark mustache, leaning on the chair of the man in front of him; man in dark suit, patterened tie (ascot?) with tack at the top and straw hat with dark band; man with a mustache in dark suit, tie, and hat, looking off to the right; man in dark suit and plaid tie and dark hat; man in light suit and hat.
In the left of the photo there is a doorway or window with a fancy arch, possibly stained glass, over it. On the right are paintings or tapestries with a striped and dotted pattern, and a photograph of a small child on the wall behind the men between the two tapestries.
