Store and bank at Encampment, 1917or 1918
Update March 2011: Black & white print card. Image of eleven men standing on a slope of snow covered rocks. Behind them is a multi level brick building with lower level partially obscured by the rocky slope. Signs on the building are: "U.S. Dept of Agriculture Forest Service Office of Hayden National Forest" "Couzens Store Co" "...ods Groceries and Hardware. Building has rectangular windows with light colored places above & below windows. fascia has white beneath decorative crown molding.
Written on back in blue ink: "Store & Bank at Encampment, Wyo winter of 1917 & 1918 given by Geo Baker Encampment, Wyo."
Stamped on back in black: "POSTCARD" "Place Postage Stamp Here" around "C K O"
Good condition. Scuffed, creased, soiled, blue ink smears, top left corners bent.
