13 7/8" x 8 15/16" enlarged black and white photograph. Picture shows 3 rows of children with their hands clasped in front of them in a prayer position, possibly in a catechism ceremony. The girls are all in white, knee-length dresses, and nearly all have veils. The boys are in dark shoes and pants, a belt, long sleeved white shirt, and either a tie or bowtie. In the rear row Is a priest in light colored gown with a darker stripe down the center. He has short hair and glasses.
There are 33 children total, 9 in the back row, 12 in the middle row, and 12 in the front row. They are on steps/risers, so that the back two rows can be seen.
