Image of a large pipeline spanning a river filled with sandbars & that is flowing through hilly terrain. Printed on back in black ink: "POST CARD" "CORRESPONDENCE HERE" "NAME AND ADDRESS HERE" Used. Addressed to "Mrs Sager Fort Steele Wyo." Green one cent Ben Franklin stamp. Postmarked "Encampment Wyo." "15 Aug. 1908." Written in pencil: [on back] "Encamp folder." [on white adhesive label pasted to back] "Encampment". Written on back in blue ink" "Given by Mrs. A. D. Sager Ft. Fred Steele - Wyo." Soiled. slight corner damage.
