Hanna Mine #3, July, 1923. One two men are identified, John Matson and Jack Swan.
Update March 2011: Black & white print on a brown mat with darker brown trim around print & edge of mat. Image of a group of 26 men standing & kneeling in a line. They all are wearing coveralls, shirts & jackets & have on hats with lights over the bill. On the ground in front of them are buckets with bale handles. Some of the men hold the handle & standing men are carrying the buckets by the handle. A shed of corrugated metal is behind them on photo left.
Written in white on original negative on bottom: "No 3 Mine Hanna, Wyo 7-23.
Written on mat bottom: "This picture was given to the Carbon County Museum by Jonnie Jack - Sinclair, Wyo. Picture was taken July 1923 only two are identified".
Written in blue ink above heads of two men: "John Madson, Jack Sware" Embossed on right side: : J. D. Sagris Hanna, Wyo"
