6 Class Reunion photos of the Rawlins High School Class of 1943. The years included are: 1963, 1973 (2), 1978, 1988, and 2003.
Included with these photos are newspaper clippings, chronicling some of these reunions. The first clipping has the headline "Rawlins Class of '43 Held Reunion Here Last Weekend." There is no date on the headline, but on the opposite side there is an article chronicling social unrest due to integration. It is assumed this article is from 1963 -- the 20-year reunion.
The next article is from the Tuesday August 22, 1978 issue of The Daily Times. The title of the article is "Many Rawlins High alumni return for weekend reunion." The article includes the picture of the 1978 reunion.
There are two copies of the final article, which ran in the Friday, August 19, 1988 edition of The Daily Times. One of the copies contains the entire page, the other just the article -- a picture with the names of those pictured.
A 1978 collection of addresses from the class of 1943.
A retirement "business" card from "E. A. 'Ernie' Fagnant (Retired) 'When I have the Urge to Work I Lie Down Until it Passes.'"
The final piece is a printed out version of a speech given by Kay H. Petersen at the 30th class reunion on August 4, 1973 -- "We May Be The Last Generation."Collection
