Cullen Commercial Company Meat Market. Sign: No Dogs Allowed.
Update - 2009: 4 black & white contact prints. Snapshot. Image of the interior of a food store. Black & white checkerboard tile floor. Store decorated for Christmas with wreaths, small trees, streamers, & crepe paper bell hanging from ceiling. Large white light fixture on ceiling. Left side has large display case, refrigerated with milk bottles & other foods on display. Back wall has food displays, another refrigerated case & large group of hanging fowl. Right wall has another display of hanging fowl & display case of meat. Down center are boxes & baskets of what appears to be nuts & potatoes.

Badly stained - liquid damage from reddish substance. Nail hole in upper edge at center. Splotches all over emulsion surface. Lower right corner bent - emulsion cracked; damage to other corners. 8 x 10.
2. Written on back [black ink] "Cullen Comm Co Meat Mkt" [pencil] 'Interior Business".
Back soiled & slightly yellowed. Emulsion missing around edges & to right center at top. Emulsion cracked around. Dents in emulsion through center. Emulsion scratched; crazed in places. Front yellowed. 8 x 10.
