Sepia print on a black mat. Image of a group of people, including members of the Elks band, gathered on a dirt street in front of a two-story frame building with a full porch. Large drum held by one band member has "B.P.O.E. 609 [elk head] Rawlins, WYO" on the face. Three-tier telephone pole at left blocking sign about beer.
Written on back in black ink: "Elk Club Band - Saratoga".
Good condition. Emulsion impacted, accretion, scuffed. Mat cut off on top, edges & corners worn & paper missing.Collection
