8X10 black frame. House with six people and one dog.
Update 2/2010: Black copy print attached to white matboard which has gilt on edge. Print is no longer in frame. Image shows a small white frame house with a-line roof and brick chimney of center apex of roofline. There are two tall windows with shades and lace curtains seen on front of house and a screen door to right. Decorative cornice hangs over the window and doorway. There are a group of people posed in the front yard by the house. A man wearing dark suit, hat and holding a baby is standing side right. A woman wearing large black vintage dress is seated in a chair near the man. A young boy is standing side left holding her hand. A small space away a man dressed in dark suit, white shirt, bow tie and top hat is seated in chair with a standing young girl wearing white dress and hat. A small black dog is at side left of print. A short decorative wire fence encircles the length of the yard.
Written on back in pencil: "Tierney. Stamped on back in black: "Copy by Professional Photo Services. Jan. 20, '61. Frank J. Meyers. Rawlins. Wyo." In black ink: "95-18-25".
Good condition. Copy has a long linear tear mark image from the original print. Minor scratches and tiny black dots in emulsion. Some soiling on edges and mat backside.Collection
