E.M. Tierney in the Air Brake Office, 1895,
Update 2/2010: A black and white print attached to ivory colored matboard with gilt edges. Image shows a room with high white wooden walls and ceiling. The lower half of walls is dark wood. Multiple pieces of equipment, pipes, gauges are seen at top right of room mid range area, side left and floor. A large portrait of a man is attached to wall at center. The man in portrait is wearing a dark bowler hat and is wearing a dark 3 piece suit with colorful neck scarf. He has a dark mustache and dark eyes. Written on blackboard on side right wall in white chalk? is: "May 21, 1895", and a repair list follows.
Written on back in blue ink: "E.M.Tierney's air brake office U.P."
Good condition. Heavy smudges, soiling and wear on mat edges with abraded corners front and back sides. Print has scratches, dark scuffs, minor scrapes and other soiling.Collection
