Traction engine going west on 400 block of Buffalo. Cliff House on corner of NE 5th and Buffalo is the old Rawlins Drug Building moved from SE corner of 5th and Cedar. Later moved north on lot from corner to build a service station.
Update -2009: Black & white copy print. Snapshot. Image of a parade with wagons with lots of men riding in them. Wagon appear to be drawn by a steam engine & are moving from right to left. Spectators standing on side of road in foreground. Yard in foreground left filled with wooden barrels. Houses /buildings in background. Snow on ground. Snow hill in background. Sign on building at front of procession: "Cliff House".
Written in black ink on emulsion surface in upper left: [cut off] isi blowing [with arrow] "Tender water tank & coal" [with arrow].
Stamped on back in black ink: "Professional Photo Services Jul 2 '65 Frank J. Meyers Rawlins, WYO" Print made in 1965, image taken much earlier.
