Update 2/2010: Black and white studio portrait attached to an orca colored vertical matboard. Mat has a small engraved crown at top left and a small engraved shield with heraldic icon in lower center and engraved logo: "The Ferris Studio, Rawlins, Wyo" at lower right corner.
Print shows a young woman standing in profile with her dark hair pulled back and secured by large white bow. She is wearing a white high neck frilly dress with blousy bodice. She is holding greenery in her right hand. Shadowy treed background scenery is behind.
Written on back in blue ink: "Mr. Alice (Joseph E.) Johnson Tierney, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Jack Johnson, mother of Patricia & Edward Tierney. Died 1932." Written on back in black ink: "95-18-23".
Good condition with soiling on mat and image including tiny black scuff marks. Wear on all edges with abrasions. Backside has few tiny flecks of residue.Collection
