Black and white copy print of a parade. Riding on horses in the lead are 2 women in large western hats. Behind them in three sets of twos are more women and men on horseback, then a group of riders. A row of vintage cars are parked along the street behind the horses. Two story clapboard buildings are along the street as well as a stone building in the distance. A partial "Coca Cola" sign is on the side of one building and "IOOF" on another. Also "Drugs" on another. American flags are displayed along the street and people are standing observing the parade.
Written on back in blue ink: "CC Fair Parade 1927". In pencil: "4th and Cedar Corner.' "Ask Frank Meyer about this". Stamped in black: "Professional Photo Service Jul 15 '63 Frank J. Meyers Rawlins, Wyo." On white adhesive tag: "Rodeos."
